Evaluation and transcript of records

Assessment

Visiting students following courses at the UA are expected to undertake the same academic work and type of assessments as home students.

The assessment could be done through exams, exams plus course work, or any other requirement established by the corresponding teacher.

Transcript of records

The Mobility Office will send the corresponding results to the home address of the students , in the following dates:

In the middle of March, with the results of the 1st semester subjects.
In the middle of July, with the results of the 2nd semester and annual subjects.
In the middle of October, with the results of the July and September examinations.

Virtual campus

Visiting students, the same way as home students, can also get access to the Virtual Campus. This project works like an intranet with external access through the university web page and it has been developed by the University of Alicante in order to take advantage of the new technologies. In the same way it facilitates establishing contacts among teachers, students and administration staff.

Through the Virtual Campus you can access:

Information about the teacher:
- Access to your teacher's cards (e-mail, Department, etc.)
- Teaching resources
- Tutorial schedules
Information of management:
- Course registration
- Subject's schedule
- Record check up
- Exams and results

The Transcripts of Records can be printed out from Virtual Campus, during the stay in Alicante, and after returning home at any time.
