Provisional Resolution

ERASMUS - ACADEMIC YEAR 12/13

Resolution of February 17th 2012 of the University of Alicante, publishing the provisional list of places allocation and the provisional assessment to participate in the Erasmus Programme during the academic year 2012-2013.

IT SOLVES:

FIRST.- Publish in Annex I the provisional list of places allocation.

SECOND.- Publish in Annex II the provisional assessment of the applicants (only visible on computers in the University of Alicante). Students "en espera" meet the requirements of the call but had not obtained a place according to the total score of the scale.

THIRD.- Publish in Annex III list the list of students whose applications do not have priority due to previous resignations in the Erasmus programme; the total score of these students in the assessment appears with negative number.

FOURTH.- Applicants will have until February 23rd 2012 to make claims and correct possible errors.

FIFTH.- Admitted students who wish to resign, will have until the expiry of the deadline for allegations to submit resignations, without penalizing them in subsequent calls.

SIXTH.- All these claims or resignations will be formulated in writing through any Registry of the University of Alicante (General Registry, at General Services building; the Auxiliary Registries located in the secretaries of the Faculties and Schools and the campus of Alicante; through the generic instance available in the Electronic Site of the University of Alicante, for those students who possess a Digital certificate) or in any of the forms mentioned in article 38.4 of Law 30/1992 November 26th, legal regime of public administrations and common administrative procedure.
