FORMULA SANTANDER SCHOLARSHIPS - COURSE 12/13

Resolution of 18 may 2012 of the University of Alicante, published the final list of allocation of seats and the final table to participate in the 'Santander formula grants' program during the academic year 2012-2013.

IT SOLVES:

FIRST.-publish the definitive list of allocation of seats:

SECOND.-publish in Annex I the final scale of the applicants (only visible on computers of the University of Alicante). The students "on hold" meet the requirements of the call but they have not obtained square according to the total score of the scale.
THIRD.-publish the list of requests discarded in Annex II. The reasons for exclusion, as provided for in the Rules of the callare:

Language	The / the student has not shown a level C1 of English to go to universities of United Kingdom, or a Russian for Russia B1.
Nationality	The / the student has failed to be in possession of a valid residence permit to reside in Spain during the period of implementation of mobility.
Credits	The / the student does not reach the minimum number of credits (120 credits exceeded to date of February 17, 2012).
Penalty for resignation	The / the student was selected in a previous call and finally not joined the Exchange, without having communicated the resignation.

Fourth.-Los/as beneficiaries of the grant must sign the document Acceptance scholarship formula Santander, and deliver it in the mobility Office within 10 days of the present resolution.
The use of electronic, computer or telematic means shall be accepted as the document delivery system (Fax: 965909846, e-mail: s.mobilitat@ua.es).

Means that they relinquish those scholarship / students to not give this document within the prescribed period.
Fifth.-Against the present resolution, which exhausted the administrative channels, can the applicant appeal to the Supreme jurisdiction, in the period of two months provided for in article 46 of law 29/1998 of 13 July, to compute from the day following that of the publication of the present.
